The Job

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative (Entry-Level) who’s hungry to win, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn a conversation into an opportunity. You don’t need a ton of experience—just the hustle, drive, and competitive mindset to succeed. If you love talking to people, enjoy hitting targets, and want to grow into a sales-focused career, this is your launchpad.

What You'll Be Doing

● Learn the ins and outs of recruiting and sales—how to build a pipeline, close deals, and make great hires—from a team that wants to see you win.

● Make high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn to connect with potential candidates.

● Sell the opportunity—get people excited about career moves and guide them through the process.

● Own the top of the funnel: source, engage, qualify, and pitch to candidates.

● Screen candidates to assess alignment with open roles and client needs.

● Manage your activity and pipeline like a pro using internal tools and our applicant tracking system (ATS).

● Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to match talent with opportunity.

● Stay sharp, stay focused—work multiple roles at once and never let anything fall through the cracks.

● Bring ideas, test strategies, and help us level up how we connect with top talent.
