The Job:

Katapult Network is growing and we are looking for a Business Development Representative Intern to join our sales team. This opportunity has an excellent training program, a strong base salary, and an uncapped commission. If you’re interested in breaking into sales, this is a great opportunity for you! Current college students and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Business Development Representative Intern:

  • Drive sales and achieve budgeted sales goals in the given territory
  • Source new clients to build a book of business
  • Work directly with high-level clients including CEO’s, Directors, and Presidents
  • Calling accounts and conducting sales presentations
  • Travel within the Twin Cities Metro to conduct client meetings
  • Responsible for proper pricing on invoices and contracts
  • Assist the Director of Business Sales and the Owner on any projects and client proposals as needed
