The Job:

Katapult Network is growing and we are looking for a Marketing and Sales Intern to join our sales team. This opportunity has an excellent training program, a strong base salary, and an uncapped commission. If you’re interested in breaking into sales, this is a great opportunity for you! Current college students and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Marketing and Sales Intern:

  • Source new clients to build a book of business
  • Work directly with high-level clients including CEOs, Directors, and Presidents
  • Responsible for contacting sales leads and setting meetings for the executive team
  • Manage calling activities, notes, and follow-ups in HubSpot
  • Responsible for researching open jobs, qualifying the job category and industry, and identifying the top local decision-makers
  • Represents yourself and the company as a consultative partner by understanding a customer’s business needs and providing solutions
  • Differentiates Katapult from competitors and overcomes objections by focusing on Katapult’s unique niche of helping recent college graduates and companies come together
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports
  • Meets or exceeds daily sales and open job research goals
  • Contributes to team effort by collaborating and accomplishing results as needed

Requirements for a Marketing and Sales Intern:

  • Interested candidates must be currently enrolled in an accredited college or university and working towards a bachelor’s degree
  • Ability to work remotely and have access to private internet
  • Work between 15-20 hrs Monday-Friday
