The Job: Financial Planner
We are currently recruiting for an entry-level Financial Planner for a newly established and growing financial firm. The Financial Planner will help clients manage their finances as a trusted wealth manager, and help them in all areas of financial management planning including cash flow, savings, managing debt and investments. Recent college graduates and entry-level talent are encouraged to apply.
What you will be doing as a Financial Planner
Analyze clients’ financial statuses and suggest financial opportunities
Maintain a clear process for updating client profile and managing follow-up and review schedule
Possess a working knowledge of planning techniques and strategies
Customize and develop sound plan budgets and work within the financial plans according to clients changing needs
Prepare and present detailed customized client reports including metrics on progress to goals
Implement their plans and carry out transactions while carefully understanding and identifying reasons and facts of given data
Analyze data and information to evaluate results and choose the best solution and solve problems.
Manage flow analysis in areas of retirement and financial asset protection
Consult clients and provide guidance and expert advice to develop a strong relationship with your clients and great referral business
Assist in tax planning such as Roth conversions and year-end tax analysis
Our Ideal Financial Planner Has:
Office software acumen—comfortable with a wide variety of software including, but not limited to Microsoft Suite, Google applications, and relevant databases
Organizing and planning—develop specific goals and benchmarks to prioritize, organize and accomplish your work in a timely manner
Communication—express ideas clearly in both written and verbal correspondence, listen effectively, and share information appropriately with persons inside and outside the organization
Economics and accounting—knowledge of and interest in economic and accounting principles and practices, the financial markets, banking and the analysis and reporting of financial data.
Concern for Others—Be sensitive and to others’ needs and feelings as well as being understanding and helpful on the job
Requirements for the Financial Planner:
Bachelor’s degree
