We are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist Intern to support our recruiting team here at Katapult. This recruiting internship will be a role where every day is fast-paced, challenging, and a great way to learn about talent management and recruiting.

What You Will Be Doing as a Recruiting Specialist Intern:

  • Effectively and efficiently source and screen candidates
  • Responsible for building networks of entry-level candidates through college recruiting activities
  • Help in preparing candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, business strategy, department background, job descriptions and establishing expectations
  • Maintain positive relationships with applicants through the entire recruitment process to ensure a high-quality candidate experience
  • Perform detailed reference checks on selected candidates and review results with hiring managers and the executive team
  • Hold phone interviews with candidates to ensure their qualifications meet job requirements
  • Manage and maintain the recruiting pipeline and Talent Block
  • Partner with your direct Account Manager and internal team to identify ideal candidate targets
  • Review resumes for appropriate skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements
  • Utilize an automated applicant tracking system in compliance with staffing requirements to support the recruitment process
