The Job:

We are recruiting for an entry-level Sales Operations Coordinator. This position will manage multiple projects that will directly impact the business, and handle communication with high-profile clients, all under the direction of senior staff. What You Will Be Doing:

  • Communicate with customers by telephone or in person to provide information about products and services, take or enter orders, cancel accounts, or obtain details of complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
  • Determine charges for services requested, collect deposits or payments, or arrange for billing
  • Support sales team by providing administrative and technical support
  • Organize preparations for and attend trade shows or industry events as needed
  • Generate accurate weekly reports for the leadership team

  • Customer service orientation - proactively assist clients in a professional, friendly manner in order to create the best possible experience by building relationships, understanding quality standards for service, and utilizing customer needs assessments
  • Clerical acumen - knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology
  • Self-control - Keep a positive attitude in the face of criticism and maintain composure, keeping emotions in check and avoiding aggressive behavior, even in very difficult situations.
  • Critical thinking - use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
